Meadow Glen Duplexes

The Meadow Glen duplexes were bought in 2009 with the hopes of flipping them individually to lessen tax consequences. Two of the original 32 units were sold but for an unsatisfactory return. The remaining units have been cashflowing very strongly for the eight years we have owned them. They are located in a relatively stable part of town so occupancy is always strong. At the moment we are beginning repairs on some siding in some areas, and we might have to stabilize chimney foundations. We continue to be able to raise rents upon vacancy.
