Arbor Gardens Apartments

We acquired Arbor Gardens in 2014. The complex consists of 41 units which were once designed to be a facility for seniors. The units are very spacious; some have fireplaces. The complex is laid out around a central lawn and garden area and feels isolated from the street.

Still, Arbor Gardens has been a challenge simply because it is in an undesirable part of town. It has until recently never run at a profit. When we changed management companies after two years, we started seeing improvement in the facilities as well as in income. We are hoping that Arbor continues to overcome its challenges and finally produces cashflow.
